Role Summary:

The Senior QA Tester will lead quality assurance efforts for Salesforce and nCino platform implementations. This includes designing test strategies, executing manual and automated tests, mentoring junior testers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions tailored to corporate lending and CRM workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test plans for Salesforce and nCino modules including Loan Origination, CRM, and Document Management.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across multiple environments.
