Summary About the Position: Lead Telecommunications Specialist position in the Directorate of Engineering & Cyber, Wideband Control Test Division at Tobyhanna Army Depot. Responsibilities Develop feasibility studies in order to investigate, analyze and perform corrective actions affecting interruptions, equipment failures and interface and interference problems. Provide network management, systems administration and technical services for automated systems. Develop and recommend implementation of policies and procedures covering telecommunications requirements and specifications. Ensure the organization’s strategic plan, mission, vision and values are communicated to the team and integrated into the team’s strategies, goals, objectives, work plans and work products and services.
