Lead Technician – Barcelona

Our prestigious manufacturing client, based in Wroxham, are currently seeking a Lead Technician within their Service department, to be based in Barcelona (Port Premia)

You will play a key role in supporting and maintaining super yachts up to 30m. Working across a wide range of mechanical, propulsion, steering, and plumbing systems, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality servicing, repairs, and refit activities to the exceptional standards expected of our client.

This is a hands-on technical role requiring strong marine engineering knowledge, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach. You will work closely with owners, captains, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

This is full time permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday – Friday.
