Our prestigious manufacturing client, based in Wroxham, is currently seeking a Lead Technician within its Service department to be based in Barcelona (Port Premia). You will play a key role in supporting and maintaining super yachts up to 30 m. Working across a wide range of mechanical, propulsion, steering, and plumbing systems, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality servicing, repairs, and refit activities to the exceptional standards expected of our client. This is an hands‑on technical role requiring strong marine engineering knowledge, problem‑solving ability, and a proactive approach. You will work closely with owners, captains, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This is a full‑time permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday – Friday.
