Lead Technical Engineer – Plastic Molding & Automation

Monroe Consulting Group is seeking a Technical Engineer in Malaysia to lead and optimise plastic injection moulding and PVC extrusion processes. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience and a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

The role includes troubleshooting issues, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and managing technical projects. Strong leadership skills and proficiency in both English and Mandarin are desirable.
