Lead Surveillance Agent

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

• Provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service to all guests and team members.

• Protect company assets by observing the activities of employees and guests via surveillance cameras.

• Review surveillance coverage on cases of guest/internal control disputes.

• Complete daily activity report and note any pertinent facts. 

• Monitor recording equipment, and check equipment operation. 

• Report all observed violations of gaming regulations and procedures to appropriate authority in order to adhere to company reporting requirements.

• Comply with any reasonable request made by the Surveillance Shift Manager or Manager

• Conduct on-the-job training on casino operations and equipment.
