Job Summary: The On-siteLead / Supervisor manages daily operations at the specific hub level. This role is responsible for work assignment, queue management, and ensuring strict SLA compliance. The Supervisor acts as the primary operational point of contact for the client at the site level, overseeing quality control, documentation accuracy, and coordination with warehouse partners.

Manage daily workflow, queue prioritisation, and task assignments to ensure hub-level SLA compliance. .
Quality Control & Compliance:
Perform Quality Control(QC) spot checks, validate proprietary system updates (ProcureAnt),and ensure meticulous documentation accuracy. .
Escalation Handling:
Serve as the first line of defense for operational issues manage and resolve P0/P1 escalations swiftly. .
Warehouse & Logistics Liaison:
Coordinate directly with the warehouse vendor for inventory handovers, staging, and discrepancy resolution. .
