SCHEDULE: Every Odd Sunday 8a – 12p / Every Even Sunday 8a – 7p, Wed & Thurs 3p-8p.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Provides people in their own home with support services designed to promote self-determination, independence, productivity, integration and inclusion in the community. May also provide job coaching services out of own or family home. As a Lead IHS Support staff, you will be expected to work independently to assist people with any and all areas of their life in which they require assistance, maintain communication with family or guardian regarding support, and provide transportation as needed using your personal vehicle. You will be required to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the person or people you are working with.
