Lead Specialist, Video and Photography

We are seeking a creative and strategic Lead Specialist, Video & Photography to develop and execute high-quality visual content that supports our Medical business objectives. This role combines creative leadership with hands-on production expertise, overseeing the creation of video and photography assets that align with brand standards and drive audience engagement. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling visual storytelling that advances key business priorities.

This hybrid role is based out of our Portage, MI office.

**What you will do**

+ Lead the concepting, planning, and production of video and photography projects from start to finish
+ Develop compelling visual storytelling that translates business and communication objectives into engaging content for internal and external audiences
+ Serve as a creative partner to cross-functional stakeholders, providing guidance on visual strategy and execution
