**The Role**
As a CT Lead you will be responsible for leading a team to purchase all or a specific portion of productive and/or non-productive materials, supplies, machinery, tooling and/or services. The role requires the candidate to lead their team to develop a commodity strategy and to actively coach and support team members with the sourcing process and supplier negotiations. You will be responsible for developing a plan to achieve global and regional material budget execution for your Creativity Team.
The role requires highly proficient written and oral communication skills that will allow you to develop a team to meet shared goals and work effectively with cross functional partners (engineering, supply chain and program teams). You will also be required to develop, manage and communicate to leadership both the short- and long-term strategies for the CT.
