Responsibilities

• Partner and collaborate with product, architecture, security, and operations teams to prioritize reliability and embed best practices across the software development lifecycle.
• Lead and develop resilient software solutions that improve reliability, scalability, and system performance of the Loan Origination System (LOS).
• Conduct evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams to probe architectural designs, technical credentials, and applicability within existing systems.
• Develop secure, high‑quality production code, review and debug code written by others.
• Lead communities of practice across Software Engineering to drive awareness and use of new and leading‑edge technologies.
