Responsibilities
Lead collaborative design, coding, testing, and documentation.Use Kiro to accelerate prototypes, documentation, and design validation.Own major solution architecture and guide cross-team technical decisions.Define non-functional standards for reliability, security, and observability.Mentor Senior and Intermediate engineers.Partner with business owners to understand needs and define technical plans.Lead pairing, design reviews, and architecture workshops.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.Five years of Core Java or .NET experience.Expertisein microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native patterns.Strong understanding of RDBMS and NoSQL.Experience with CI/CD and DevOps.Excellent communication and leadership skills.
