About the Opportunity
Gijima is building the next evolution of its digital platform operating model through the Gijima 2.0 Platform Programme. A key part of this journey is the development of Trust Shared Services, a strategic platform capability that enables secure, reusable, governed and auditable digital services across the enterprise.
We are looking for a strong Lead Software Engineer to help drive the build of Trust Shared Services, with immediate focus on TSS-004 - Identity, User, Access and Entitlement Management, one of the foundational services in MVP Phase 1.
This is not a generic developer role. The successful candidate must provide technical leadership, hands-on engineering capability and platform delivery discipline. The role must help convert architecture, process, data, identity, access, control and evidence requirements into working, secure and supportable software capability.
