Lead Sign Installer

We are a company who cares about the people on our team. We're hiring a Lead Installer to run a two-person crew and take ownership of field execution from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Load and transport signage using crane trucks, pickups, and trailers
• Lead installations (channel letters, monuments, panels, etc.)
• Direct a helper and maintain jobsite productivity
• Communicate with customers and contractors on-site
• Report site conditions and issues to management in real time
• Operate lifts and equipment safely and correctly
• Maintain a clean and safe work area/truck
• Report any maintenance needs for trucks
• Complete job photos and required documentation
