Lead Server & Guest Experience Champion

Raffles Dubai is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to uphold LQA standards, supervise daily F&B service, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will manage VIP arrivals, coordinate with the kitchen, operate the POS, and ensure sanitation and safety policies are followed.

The role requires hands-on leadership, staff training, and cross-department collaboration. You will train colleagues, assist management in daily operations, and help maintain high service standards during peak hours.
