• Manage and ensure the optimal operation of servers and data center infrastructure, with a strong focus on availability, performance, security, and scalability in alignment with company standards.
• Take ownership of critical production systems, including infrastructure, databases, and applications, ensuring high reliability and operational stability.
• Monitor system capacity and performance, perform troubleshooting and maintenance activities, and maintain comprehensive and up-to-date infrastructure documentation.
• Lead the implementation and management of backup and disaster recovery (DR) processes, as well as business continuity planning (BCP), to ensure business resilience and system availability.
• Manage and control user access management in accordance with security and compliance requirements, including the enforcement of segregation of duties principles.
