Lead, SAP SLT Analyst

What will you do? SLT Implementation & Configuration Lead setup, configuration, and activation of SLT replication for SAP and non-SAP source systems. Design and implement replication models including table-level replication, filtering, transformation rules, and performance tuning. Manage initial load, delta replication, and post-load corrections. What skills and capabilities will make you successful? 5–10 years of hands-on experience with SAP SLT implementation and support. Strong knowledge of data extraction, transformation, filtering, and performance tuning in SLT. Experience in supporting large-scale replication scenarios in multi-system landscapes. Deep understanding of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and data structures across key modules. Proficiency in troubleshooting SLT triggers, logging tables, RFC connections, and HANA Studio.
