Lead Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant

Sofigate is seeking a Functional Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant to lead workshops and translate business needs into Service Cloud solutions. You will design roadmaps with clear acceptance criteria and determine when to configure or customize Salesforce, collaborating with architects, developers and stakeholders.

Required is strong expertise in Service Cloud, case management, Knowledge, Omni-Channel, and AI capabilities.
