Lead Room Manager - Babies (Early Years)

Cherubs Nurseries in Bingham is looking for a Room Manager to lead and inspire a team of Early Years Educators. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of care and education, while ensuring the smooth operation of your room/unit.

As a pivotal part of the team, you will balance meeting the needs of the children, parents, and your team, and work closely with the Head of Nursery.
