Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Lead Quality Technician.
The hourly rate for this position is $24.00 per hour.
The shift hours are 5:00am-3:30pm.

**What you’ll do:**
The Lead Quality Inspector/ Technician will be a working inspector promoted as shift Team Lead and serving as a point of contact for the supervisor and a constant presence of leadership for the team. Lead Inspectors will perform normal duties as an inspector and quality technician with a focus on leadership, manning, and communicating production’s needs to the inspectors. Monitor inspector productivity and ensure that quality standards are being upheld and allocate cross-training during downtime.
