Requirements Key Responsibilities: Manage and respond to enquiries generated through marketing portals and campaigns. Make outbound calls to prospective clients to verify details and understand their requirements. Accurately capture client requirements and profile them in the CRM system. Schedule meetings (virtual or physical) between clients and relevant sales representatives. Ensure timely follow-ups on missed or unanswered calls.
