Lead-QA Support

Description

Collaborate closely with test managers, project managers, business analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure effective execution of UAT by understanding key testing requirements and success criteria for each program or project
Construct, align and execute the test plans using Columbia Threadneedle Investments' test strategy framework, documentation and templates

• Working with the test manager to support the project schedule, and resource model related to the required testing efforts

• Reviewing requirements documentation and where appropriate providing feedback to ensure the requirements are clear and testable

• Develop test cases in conjunction with business and other project teams

• Leading and owning the execution of test cases to validate that all the documented requirements have been met
