Lead Python Backend Software Developer

What you’ll do
Lead a small team of backend software developers in building large‑scale HCM and Payroll systems
Act as the technical owner for backend architecture and complex, high‑impact features
Own and uphold engineering standards across code quality and reliability, design principles, and best practices across the team
Stay hands‑on with critical development work, architectural reviews, and code reviews
Partner closely with production team and other stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end solutions
Proactively identify technical risks, production issues, and performance bottlenecks; drive continuous improvement
Manage and grow engineers through coaching, feedback, performance evaluations, and career development
