Lead Production Supervisor – Lean, Quality & Safety

Visy is seeking a production supervisor at our Auckland site (Wiri) to lead crews across day, afternoon and night shifts. You will ensure safe, high‑quality output, drive productivity, and uphold strong safety standards within a dynamic, high‑volume environment.

You will supervise teams, mentor staff, and partner with internal teams to optimize workflow while delivering continuous improvement and reducing waste. This role requires hands‑on leadership and a focus on SOP compliance.
