Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure overall compliance with quality, safety, operational policies and procedures to ensure employee safety and product/food safety Ensure effective written and oral communication within the Production Team while also maintaining clear and coordinated communication lines with all support departments.Establish and foster strong relationships between production and maintenance/ sanitation personnel (and others as required) utilizing a team/ customer based approach to establish a clean, safe working environment.Maintain key performance indicators (KPI).
