DUTIES: Work with and organize cross-functional teams to define strategy, technical roadmap and present business case for the rapid delivery of new applications and enhancements to the existing applications as well as establish requirements to deliver products, pricing, offers, promotions and other items to market. Serve as the voice of the customer and frontline as well as provide subject matter expertise on marketing technology (including CX solution design, billing systems, point of sales systems, provisioning tools and other technical applications) applications, platforms, training, execution and communications.
