Lead Product Sales Trainer & Designer

ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM

As Lead Instructional Designer and Trainer, you, you will be accountable for developing and delivering product technical training programs to our sales and pre-sales teams. The role is split into 50% instructional design and 50% training.

The ideal candidate will have a strong SITA product technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for educating others about SITA’s products and solutions. You will work closely with product managers, solution specialists, solution designers, solution engineers, sales and relevant product teams to ensure that training materials are up to date and tailored to the audience's needs.
