The Lead Product Manager understands, develops, delivers, and manages compliance and health data exchange products that support Humana's interoperability strategy and regulatory obligations. The Lead Product Manager works on problems of diverse scope and complexity and serves as a key liaison between business, technology, industry stakeholders, and external partners to advance Humana's healthcare interoperability vision.
The Lead Product Manager leads various phases of the product lifecycle, from strategy and discovery to supervision of the delivery and ongoing optimization, with a focus on interoperability compliance, regulatory compliance, and ecosystem partnerships.
