Lead Process Operator Maintainer

The Role

Cockburn Cement is seeking a safety-focused Lead Operator Maintainer to join our Kemerton Operations team.

Reporting to the Kemerton Supervisor, this role supports the safe, efficient and reliable operation of the Hydration and Milk of Lime Plant. You will combine hands-on plant operations, mechanical maintenance and technical leadership to support production, plant reliability and customer delivery requirements.

This Monday to Friday role also includes maintenance planning, contractor coordination, supervisor leave coverage, participation in an on-call roster and occasional shift coverage when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and optimise the Hydration and Milk of Lime Plant.
• Support preventative, corrective and shutdown maintenance activities.
