As a Lead Analyst – Market Intelligence who brings 8+ years of hands-on expertise in Power BI, business intelligence, and consumer market analytics within the CPG/FMCG industry, combined with strong leadership and client-facing consulting skills. The ideal candidate will have deep command of syndicated market intelligence platforms — Nielsen IQ, Circana, Kantar, and Ipsos — and the ability to translate complex commercial data into actionable insights that drive decisions across sales, category management, marketing, and leadership teams.
Beyond technical excellence, this role demands a strategic thinker who can lead and mentor analyst teams, manage enterprise BI delivery, and engage directly with global clients to identify growth opportunities and elevate reporting maturity.
