Lead - Planning

Key Responsibilities:

1. Commercial Performance & P&L Management

Own the end-to-end commercial performance of the e-commerce business, with accountability across revenue, conversion rate (CVR), average order value (AOV), and margin health. Partner with Finance to manage the P&L, identifying levers to drive top-line growth without compromising profitability. Work closely with marketing, category, and finance teams to set ambitious but grounded commercial targets and build the frameworks to track delivery against them.

2. Customer Experience & Digital Growth

Take ownership of the customer journey across the full digital funnel, from discovery through to purchase and retention. Identify and unlock growth opportunities through experience optimisation, personalisation, and funnel improvement initiatives.
