Lead Piping / Pipe Stress Engineer

For an upcoming drilling rig construction and reactivation project in Singapore, Peak Ocean is assembling an owner‑side PMT. We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Piping/Pipe Stress Engineer to serve as a Client Representative in this role.

As part of the Peak Ocean PMT, you will act strictly in the client's interest, reporting to the Engineering Manager. Your mission is to hold final technical authority over the piping division scope, ensuring the shipyard's fabrication, installation, and commissioning handover is delivered safely, to specification, and on schedule. <...
