Lead Pharmacist - Retail Pharmacy & Customer Care

Sunway Multicare Pharmacy is seeking a capable lead to oversee the outlet’s operations in Malaysia, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales KPI, and fostering staff development. The role involves medication review, dispensing, health screening, consultations, and counselling to customers.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy with registration, be fluent in English and Malay (Mandarin helpful), and be willing to relocate and work shift duties as needed.
