Lead Pastry Chef de Partie — Craft & Mentor Desserts

Celebrity Cruises is seeking an experienced CDP Pastry to lead the pastry galley aboard the ship. You will direct and coach the pastry team, ensure the production, quality and presentation of all pastries for daily menus, and manage forecasts and waste to control costs.

The role requires a culinary school degree, strong management and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to maintain high standards in a multicultural, shipboard environment, with attention to health and safety protocols.
