Lead – Origination CIF

Role Overview: The Lead – Origination is responsible for driving origination, structuring, and execution of mid & large-ticket Structured finance / Private Credit corporate deals. This role oversees end-to-end cycle—from deal sourcing and credit evaluation to execution —ensuring optimal risk-adjusted returns and strategic collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Source and originate mid & large corporate structured finance deals across various industries and corporate clients. Build and nurture relationships with financial sponsors, corporate groups, institutional investors, and family offices. Lead structuring of NCD/loan deals, including terms negotiation, credit assessment, and documentation. Coordinate with internal credit, legal, risk, tax, and compliance teams.
