Lead OFCI, AL & MS

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead OFCI (Owner-Furnished Contractor-Installed) Manager to oversee all OFCI equipment procurement, logistics coordination, delivery planning, installation readiness coordination, and turnover support activities for a large-scale $400M+ data center project.
This individual will serve as the primary liaison between the owner, general contractor, equipment manufacturers, vendors, logistics providers, commissioning teams, and trade partners to ensure mission-critical equipment is properly tracked, coordinated, and delivered in alignment with project milestones.
The ideal candidate will have 7–15 years of experience supporting large-scale data center projects, with extensive knowledge of mission-critical infrastructure, long-lead equipment procurement, supply chain management, logistics coordination, scheduling, and commissioning requirements.
