About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and hands‑on Total Rewards Lead to manage and continuously develop our company’s comprehensive rewards framework. In this role, you will design competitive compensation strategies while directly leading a multidisciplinary team that covers C&B, HR Administration, HR Finance, and HR Budgeting. If you excel at financial modeling, team management, and building scalable HR processes, we want you on our team.
