Lead Occupational Therapist

You’ll be joining a service for adult men 18+ who potentially have a forensic background and enduring mental health illnesses such as personality disorder, substance misuse issues and challenging behaviours.

With experience from the NHS and/or private sector, you will be responsible for managing a complex caseload using evidence‑based and people‑focused principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate individual and group interventions which will support the service users to develop their skills in self‑maintenance, productivity and leisure.

With a strong emphasis on teamwork, you’ll receive support from a regional network of healthcare professionals and enjoy access to a variety of online and CPD training courses to support you reach your career goals.
