Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between Network Engineering, Network Reliability, and wider enterprise teams
- Drive planning, detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain NetEng and NRE organizational roadmaps and delivery calendars
- Lead a team of TPMs managing work execution for NetEng and NRE teams
- Ensure adherence to industry standards in network migration and program management
- Provide regular status updates and presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Operation Management, or related field
- 10 years of experience in technical program management focusing on hardware/software implementations and network migrations
- 5 years of experience leading a group of technical project managers
