About this Role


Client is seeking a Lead Network Engineer to join our Technology Operations team. This role is critical in ensuring the stability, security, and performance of Client global network infrastructure. You will function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for complex network environments, provide advanced troubleshooting, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.


In this Role, You Will:

  • Troubleshoot complex and escalated network issues across **** enterprise infrastructure.

  • Participate in Major Incident Management calls and bridge lines for critical outages.

  • Handle tickets escalated from Tier 2 support and work on incidents per the Integrated Operations Incident Management Process.
