Responsibilities
- Own the technical roadmap for the product suite and partner with architects to model complex systems
- Contribute high-quality code (50% hands‑on) to complex SaaS products
- Drive adoption of modern practices including AI‑assisted development, DevSecOps, and Infrastructure as Code
- Provide deep technical guidance and mentorship to offshore and nearshore teams
- Lead code reviews and design sessions to ensure architectural integrity
- Act as a technical bridge between product management, quality engineering, and DevOps
- Drive long‑term corrective actions for performance and reliability issues
Requirements
- 9+ years of professional experience developing large‑scale, high‑availability web applications
- 2+ years in a hands‑on technical lead or principal engineering capacity
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
