Lead Mobile Architect

Responsibilities

• Architect and govern the mobile architecture, using tools such as Dart Code Metrics to maintain code quality, balancing technical debt with feature delivery.


• Lead a cross‑functional team of approximately 8 developers and quality engineers, responsible for the team’s delivery performance, motivation and operational success.


• Act as a trusted partner to the Client Product Owner, Scrum Master and Architects, co‑creating technical solutions, providing accurate estimations, and bridging business requirements with engineering execution.


• Provide clear rules, guidance and structure for the development team, ensuring the architectural vision is effectively implemented by the Mobile Tech Lead and the wider squad.
