Lead Medical Reimbursement Technician

Summary The incumbent serves as a Lead Medical Reimbursement Technician performing a broad range of duties to achieve the established expected results for medical billings and reimbursable and non-reimbursable collections. ****This is not a virtual position. Must live within a commuting distance of the facility.**** Responsibilities Major duties may include, but are not limited to: Leads the team in the selection and application of appropriate problem solving methods and techniques. Reports to the supervisor periodically on team and individual work accomplishments, problems, and training needs. Distributes and balances workload and tasks among employees in accordance with established work flow. Instruct employees in specific tasks and job techniques and make available written instructions, reference materials and supplies.
