Lead Medical Instrument Technician (GI)

Summary The Gastroenterology (GI) Medical Instrument Technician (MIT) functions as a member of the GI/ENDO multidisciplinary team and assists the RN in the care of patients in acute, sub-acute, or chronic states of illness. The GI MIT delivers fundamental, knowledge-based care with minimal instruction to assigned patients while developing technical competencies.
