Vacancy Description
We are in search of a seasoned **Lead Manual Tester** to oversee the testing protocols for projects within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and Data Cloud realms.
**Responsibilities**
- Work jointly with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and external stakeholders to uphold quality benchmarks
- Develop, implement, and refine test plans, test cases, and test scripts across different testing stages (functional, regression, performance)
- Track defects from identification to retesting and resolution, ensuring prompt attention to issues
- Regularly evaluate and refine testing procedures and methodologies for greater efficiency
- Offer training and guidance to junior members of the QA team

- 5+ years in QA testing primarily focused on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and/or Data Cloud
