About the Role
KPM Properties is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations at our Nashville community. This is a hands-on leadership role for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in keeping a property running smoothly, safely, and looking its best. Strong HVAC/AC experience is required — you'll be our go-to for keeping residents comfortable through Tennessee summers.

What You'll Do

+ Lead and coordinate the daily maintenance activities of the property and maintenance team

+ Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC/AC systems, including troubleshooting, recharging, and component replacement
