Lead Maintenance Manager – Engine & Plant Reliability

Wärtsilä in Rawalpindi is seeking a senior maintenance professional with a B.E. Mechanical and PEC registration to lead plant upkeep.

You will oversee maintenance for a high‑efficiency site, ensure maximum energy production, and drive reliability in a challenging industrial environment. The role requires 12+ years in IPP or similar industries with hands‑on experience maintaining HFO engines, steam turbines, pumps, heat exchangers, and cranes.
