Lead Machine Learning Researcher (AI/ML)

We are looking for a proactive Lead Machine Learning Researcher to drive innovation in Acronis Cyber Protect products, focusing on modern Agentic AI and intelligent automation. The ideal candidate combines strong research and implementation skills with an understanding of cybersecurity challenges and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead in research, prototype, and help ship AI/ML and agentic systems that improve the Acronis Cyber Protect platform across protection, recovery, management, and user workflows.

• Design and implement intelligent automation and assistant-like experiences that help users and MSPs with configuration, troubleshooting, reporting, and “next best action” guidance .
