Job Description

What You Will Do:

  • Serve as the go-to leader during service, supporting cooks and ensuring food meets quality standards
  • Partner with culinary leadership to manage kitchen operations and staff coordination
  • Oversee prep work, kitchen cleanliness, and equipment upkeep
  • Jump into daily cooking duties, multitasking with ease and attention to detail
  • Contribute new ideas and showcase your skills in a specialty area such as sauté, grill, pastry, or global cuisine
  • What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of culinary experience preferred
  • Serve Safe Food Handlers Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills in a collaborative kitchen environment
  • Ability to stay organized and thrive under pressure
  • Culinary training or formal education preferred
