What You Will Do:
Serve as the go-to leader during service, supporting cooks and ensuring food meets quality standardsPartner with culinary leadership to manage kitchen operations and staff coordinationOversee prep work, kitchen cleanliness, and equipment upkeepJump into daily cooking duties, multitasking with ease and attention to detailContribute new ideas and showcase your skills in a specialty area such as sauté, grill, pastry, or global cuisineWhat We’re Looking For:
At least 2 years of culinary experience preferredServe Safe Food Handlers Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)Strong leadership and communication skills in a collaborative kitchen environmentAbility to stay organized and thrive under pressureCulinary training or formal education preferredWhy Atrium?
