Lead Level Designer - Hybrid: Elevate Craft & Team Growth

Rovio is seeking a Lead Level Designer to join in Espoo or Barcelona. You will shape the quality bar, elevate the team's craft, and support the full lifecycle of our levels, acting as a multiplier for the squad.

Reporting to the Design Director, you’ll mentor a team of designers, align business goals with player happiness, and optimize work for the best outcomes in a hybrid setup (2–3 days in the office weekly).
